From a half brother/ half sister mating, Duxi and her siblings were inbred on some of the top producing German, Dutch and American lines available in the Federation at that time.
The inexperienced owners of her dam felt that they were unable to cope with the litter and approached us to help in re-homing them together with dam. It was fortunate that Erna Faber of Maroelani Kennels was able to accommodate them.
We were attracted to this plain female and were very pleased when Erna agreed to reserve her for us.
The show ring was not her forté but she certainly made her mark as a brood bitch. Her progeny:
