Lady’s birth was rather an emotional experience. This was Heurek’a first litter and as the second puppy to make her appearance, she promptly got stuck. All we could see was part of her muzzle and the tip of her tongue. Following an emergency call late at night, our veterinarian managed to extricate her after some delicate manouevering. To our great surprise this beautiful puppy was still alive, despite having been stuck for nearly a ¾ hour.
A very outgoing puppy, Lady accumulated a number of best puppy wins. On her way to her championship status she was awarded 3 x 4 point major and 3 x 1 point certificates. She went Best in Show once as well as winning one Best Opposite Sex Certificate.
She had her first litter in August 2006 at 4 years of age. We look forward to seeing some of her progeny in the show ring.
We next plan to breed her to our import Tabor vom Okeler Forst. [view photo & details]
Like her dam, she has a very loving nature and enjoys nothing better than to cuddle up to us on the couch or to her mother.
